Training

Each squadron has a comprehensive training curriculum developed with developing and improving pilots of all skill sets.

Multi-Platform

F/A-18C, F-14B, AV-8B, and Controller are all available for you to join. Each training night averages 25-45 people on at a time with live ATC and AIC depending on the mission needs.

Our training program is only a part of the experience. We don't train just to get better, we train to prepare for semi-annual deployments, a month's long campaign developed to give you an immersive, enjoyable experience.

vCSG-3, established in March of 2019 is a community of aviation enthusiasts who enjoy the excitement and challenges of virtual combat aviation through Digital Combat Simulator. We come from diverse backgrounds, including military service and civilian aviation, all sharing a common goal: to become the most skilled virtual aviators possible.

vCSG-3 brings together decades of leadership experience from both military and civilian sectors, complemented by extensive flight simulation expertise. We pride ourselves on maintaining a culture that is both relaxed and competitive.

Our group is structured like a real-world carrier strike group, fostering a dynamic and challenging training environment that enhances proficiency in simulated missions.
